STEP seeks to encourage, train and enable students to live authentically and purposefully, in the University context, and also in their future lives. We do that by creating an atmosphere of opennes, curiosity and acceptance. The content we offer are Bible study groups, discussion groups around academic disciplines, interactive workshops, lectures, projects and various student initiatives. We are working nationally and locally, but we have a worldwide family of 165 countries, which helps us think globally (IFES – International Fellowship of Evangelical Students www.ifesworld.org). All active members of STEP have the opportunity to be a part of that family and use the benefits that come with it. Our desire is to give students the opportunity to be shaped in an international community, with quality leaders and speakers, and excellent resources, so that they might be encouraged to strive for excellence in their own discipline and be bold and authentic in their proclamation of Christ in their context.
